Meals:

Meals are freshly prepared and cooked in my home. I provide healthy meals and snacks but if parents prefer to supply their own food this is not a problem. Any dietary requirements or allergies your child may have will be discussed at your visit.

Baby milk and sterilised bottles need to be provided by parents.

Drinks will be provided all day. e.g. water, milk diluted cordial, fresh orange and apple juice.

Breakfast - 8 am - a selection of healthy cereal, toast, fruit

Snack - 10 am - Crumpets, fruit salad, raisins

Lunch - 12 noon - Home made soup, selection of healthy sandwiches e.g. tuna, ham, cheddar cheese served with salad followed by fruit, yogurt

Snack - 2 pm - Carrot, cucumber batons with humous, fruit

Tea - 4.30 pm - Home made Shepherd's pie served with broccoli or peas; home made pizza made by children with a choice of toppings; roast chicken, mash and vegetables served with gravy

Desserts - Yogurt, rice pudding, fromage frais, fruit
